Lots of crab in it.

Figs are good accent.

Entree: Petite Filet of Beef
Tender.

Entree: Pan Roasted Wild Alaskan Halibut
Perfectly Cooked. I Like the Ponzu Sauce.

Dessert: JiRaffe Classic Caramelized Banana Cream Pie
Bananas are perfectly caramelized.

Dessert: Chocolate Truffle Cake
